Harika Food was established in 1989 as one of the first frozen
food manufacturer in Ankara,capital of Turkey.
Harika initially concentrated on frozen food products such as
pizza; puff pastry sheets;spring rolls;pacanga borek (spring rolls
filled with tradtional air-dried beef called as pastirma) and
served retailers and food service providers. It did not take Harika
Food long to form solid distribution network throughout Turkey. As
a respond to customer request, Harika gradually expand its product
portfolio and continued to offer best value for its customers and
